This policy explains what personal data alignifytech.com collects, why, who processes it for us, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. It does not cover the HubSpot portals of our clients, which we access under separate agreements with them.

Who we are

Sviatoslav Kravchenko, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Kyiv, Ukraine, who operates under the name Alignify (“Alignify”, “we”), is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@alignifytech.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and anything you write in your message.
  • Checklist and resource requests: your email address, so we can send you the file you asked for.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to receive our HubSpot digest by ticking the box on one of our forms.
  • Emails you send us: the content of the email and your contact details.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data (Google Analytics 4): pages you view, how far you scroll, which buttons and links you click, whether a form was submitted, the page you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location at country and city level. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
  • Visit and form data (HubSpot): our HubSpot account records the pages you visit and, when you submit a form on this site, links that visit history to the details you entered.
  • Security data: Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions for spam and abuse, and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) sets a short-lived cookie to protect the site from bots.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive data such as health information, or login credentials to any system.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry, send the resource you requested and follow up about it. Legal basis: the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: in the EU, the EEA and the UK, your consent. Elsewhere, our legitimate interest in measuring our own website, with the option to decline at any time.
  • To send you marketing emails, such as our HubSpot digest every two weeks and occasional news about our services. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our forms. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to contact@alignifytech.com.
  • To keep the site and our forms secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Cookies and your choices

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies.

  • If you visit from the EU, the EEA or the UK, analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept.
  • If you visit from anywhere else, analytics cookies are on by default. Click Decline in the banner to turn them off. We then stop analytics measurement and remove the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

We work out your region from your approximate location. To change your choice later, click Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page and the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Who processes your data for us

We use a small number of service providers that process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • HubSpot (CRM, forms, website analytics, the cookie banner and sending our marketing emails). Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot’s EU data center.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4 and reCAPTCHA). Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Resend (delivery of the emails we send you, such as a requested checklist).
  • Cloudflare and our website hosting provider (delivering and protecting the website).

We may also disclose personal data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data from the EU, the EEA or the UK is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we never email you again.
  • Enquiries and resource requests: for as long as we need them to respond, follow up and keep a record of our business correspondence. If you ask us to delete them, we will, unless we must keep them by law.
  • Google Analytics data: event-level data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Cookies: for the periods listed in the table above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and this does not affect processing that already happened. To make a request, email contact@alignifytech.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

Children

This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
