Cancel any time. If the platform is not right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days.

Who this applies to

This policy covers paid plans and credit packs for the Alignify Platform at app.alignifytech.com. The platform is a business service for companies, not for consumers.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel your plan at any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.

When you can get a refund

First paymentNew subscribers can ask for a full refund within 14 days of their first subscription payment.

Credit packsUnused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

RenewalsLater monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next charge.

Our faultIf a problem on our side stops you from using the platform, contact us and we will make it right with a refund or credit for the affected period.

We may refuse a refund where the service was used in breach of our Terms of Service or where refunds are being abused.

How refunds are paid

Online orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle issues approved refunds to the original payment method. If you paid an invoice by bank transfer, we refund by bank transfer to the account that made the payment.
