The HubSpot QuickBooks integration syncs customers, invoices and payments, but refunds, deletes, QuickBooks-created invoices and multi-invoice payments do not line up on their own. Founders and finance leads should name one owner, check the sync failure panel monthly and compare closed won deals with one QuickBooks export.
