HubSpot’s Fall 2026 Spotlight added duplicate merge rules, a public beta for Data Hub Professional and Enterprise that decides which record wins when you merge duplicate records. Merges cannot be undone, so agree on the winning criteria with sales and marketing, test on ten pairs, then bulk merge and fix the source of duplicates.
