This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how the PRIVATE ENTREPRENEUR KRAVCHENKO SVIATOSLAV EVGENOVYCH, registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations under No.20720000000048851 dated 29.08.2019 in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, identification code: 3621611616 (“Alignify”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and discloses your information when you (“User” or “you”) use our software or services (“Product”). This Policy is intended to comply with Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), approved in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27.04.2016.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. “Website” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) – Alignify web page located at the domain name: https://alignifytech.com/ and managed by Alignify, including the totality of all information, texts, graphic elements, design elements, images and other results of intellectual activity posted on the Site, as well as information and technical means of the Site. The term "Site" includes links to other open or closed web resources on which Alignify's offers for the provision of services are posted.

1.2. "Personal data" is any information relating to an individual who is identified or can be identified, including through the Site or other software application.

1.3. "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is a digital contract with an unlimited number of website users. The Site's Privacy Policy obtains from the User unconditional permission to collect, process, store and transfer personal data. The Privacy Policy is the main document for personal data regulation.

1.4. "Site Services" - any actions, works, services and products offered on the Site, aimed at profitable and entrepreneurial activities through the sale to end consumers (customers) of services and products offered on the Site.

Contact Information: We collect personal data such as your full name, email address and phone number when you take any action on our Website that results in providing your personal data or create a subscription on our Website to use our Product or contact us for support or any questions.
Payment Information: If you purchase our Product, we or the third parties who process payments may collect payment and contact information.
Content Information: Any content you provide to us, information and objects you create while using our Product, including reviews, comments and other information you choose to share with us.
Other information: information related to your order or registration on our website, such as your email address, password and any settings you have set when using our product (this information is collected only if you have a personal account on the Website and you register for such an account).

We do not collect or process information about your personal data regarding racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data concerning health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").

2.7. The Site collects confidential data, including for the purpose of identifying and resolving technical problems of the Site, to control the load on the Site, and to conduct statistical calculations of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

3.2. The User agrees that Alignify has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Site and providing services.

3.3. Alignify takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

4. PURPOSE OF USING PERSONAL DATA

4.1. We may use your personal information to:

administrate our Site and conducting business activities;
taking necessary actions related to compliance with the tax legislation of Ukraine;
providing the opportunity to purchase services or Products, a list of which is available on the Site;
sending you advertising, informational and other messages;

sending you our newsletter, if you have subscribed to our newsletter. You can also let us know at any time if you no longer require our newsletter;

keeping our Site secure and preventing fraud;

Whenever Alignify transfers your information, Alignify always takes steps to protect it. By using our Product, you give the consent to such transfers.

6. INTERACTION OF THE SITE WITH OTHER RESOURCES

6.1. When you use the services, the pages of the Site may contain codes of other Internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive your data. These Internet resources may receive and process information that you have visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by your browser. Such Internet resources may include (but are not limited to):

- banner display systems;
- social media plugins.

6.2. We do not store or process data received from the above services.

7. INTERACTION OF THE OWNER WITH THIRD PARTIES REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

7.1. We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is required by the current legislation of Ukraine, at the request of the subject of personal data, or in other cases set out in this Policy.

7.2. Access to your personal data may be provided to our authorized employees and/or contractors who have consented to ensuring the confidentiality of Users' personal data, as well as third parties who provide us with services for supporting and administering the Site, other services related to Alignify 's business activities. Our authorized employees and/or third parties, based on the agreements concluded with us, undertake to comply with all requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the protection of Users' personal data and their confidentiality.

9. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

9.1. You have the right to receive any information about yourself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that you indicate your surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), contact numbers for communication and details of a document identifying the individual submitting the request, except for cases established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. Access to personal data is free of charge.

9.3. Denial of access to personal data is allowed, in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine, if access to them is prohibited in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

9.4. The decision to deny access to personal data may be appealed to the relevant authorized bodies.

10. YOUR RIGHTS AS A USER (PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT)

10.1. The user (personal data subject) has the right:

to know about the sources of collection, location of personal data, purpose of processing, location of the owner or to give an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to authorized persons, except for cases established by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection";
receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
to access your personal data;
receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except for cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
submit a reasoned request to the owner of the Site objecting to the processing of their personal data;
to submit a reasoned request for the change or destruction of their personal data by the owner of the Site, if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
to protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of your honor, dignity and business reputation;

11.1. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information:

- in cases where we are required to do so by applicable international legislation and the legislation of Ukraine;

- in connection with any current or future legal proceedings;

13. OTHER TERMS

13.1. By placing an order for the provision of services on the Site, the User confirms that he has reached the appropriate age, which allows him to independently conclude contracts.

Alignify may request the User to provide additional documents or undergo additional procedures in order to verify that he/she has the right to independently consent to the processing of personal data. If Alignify has reasonable doubts about the User's age, Alignify may also contact his/her parents or guardians to obtain consent or approval for the processing of the User's personal data if he/she has not reached the appropriate age.

13.3. The current Policy complies with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data and contains detailed information on the data collected, the purposes, methods of their collection, processing, use and protection.

13.4. Information for users from the European Union: the current Policy has been prepared to fulfill the obligations stipulated by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 or GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation).
